Do you only deliver the photobooth or do you set it up straight away?

Delivery also includes set-up and commissioning. The same applies to return transport: we also dismantle the photo box for you. Please note that delivery and return transport are additional options.

How much space does the photo box need for transport?

The photo box measures 50 x 50 x 30 cm (H x W x L). The printer box (additional option) measures 40 x 30 x 57 cm (H x W x L). The photo box is not designed for transport by public transport. We recommend that you come in pairs for transport.

How much space should we plan for the photobooth at the venue?

We recommend 3 x 3 metres for the entire photo box corner.

Is there a limit for digital photos?

No. You can take as many digital photos with your photo box as you like.

What happens to the photos that were not printed?

All photos are saved anyway. You will receive access to all your photos from the photo box afterwards. Even those that have not been printed out.

How big are the prints from the photobooth?

The prints are in the classic 10x15cm photo format.

Are the images printed automatically or can I view them first?

The photos are not printed automatically by default. You can view each picture individually on the back of the photo box. If you like it, you can print it out. Please contact us if you prefer automatic printing. Please note that the printer & printouts is an additional option.

You can pay by invoice. We will send you an invoice after the event with a payment deadline of 30 days.

I have hired a photobooth. What happens after I book the photobooth?

We will send you further information about your booking (dates, instructions, etc.) approx. 3 weeks before your event.

Can the photo box be used outdoors?

In fine weather: Yes. In the rain: No. The photo box is neither waterproof nor splash-proof.

How long can the photo box be in use?

In the case of a 1-day hire, the photo box may generally be used on the day of the event. If your event lasts until the next morning, this does not count as a second day of use.

Where can I turn if I have questions during my assignment?

We are always available on our emergency number during your assignment.

When does the collection and return of the photo box hire take place?

The collection can take place a few days earlier, the return a few days later (MO-FR). We are happy to work around your schedule if our calendar allows. You only pay for the actual day of use, not the time before and after your use.

Are there any instructions for installation and commissioning?

Yes, we provide you with instructions for all steps. If you have any questions, you can reach us at any time on our emergency number.

Is every wall suitable for the photo box?

No. Please make sure that the wall reflects as little as possible. Otherwise the images may be incorrectly exposed. You will get the best results with a Background wall from us.

How do I get the pictures from the photobooth after the event?

Your photos will be available in an online gallery during the event. This link will be visible at the photo box. Of course, we will send you the link again afterwards. The gallery will be available for 3 months.

Can graphic files (e.g. logo) or an entire photo layout be placed?

Yes, this is an additional option. You can design the image (2000 x 3000 pixels) however you like. Please send us the graphic files at least 2 weeks before your event. Alternatively, you can also choose a photo layout from us. Here go to the selection.

Are items for dressing up included in the photo box hire?

A dressing-up box with accessories such as glasses, wigs, hats, etc. can be added as an extra option.
